If you need food to match something, get in touch. I work with various businesses, including wine bars and spirit manufacturers to curate and cook bespoke menus to match whatever is being served. From Wine to Whiskey Tasting Evenings, hot or cold food, crowd pleasers or something a little more adventurous - I can create and cook a menu that will perfectly compliment whatever your wish to serve! All I will need from you is a list of what you want the food to pair with and I will take control of the rest.

If budgets are tight, I can even deliver the prepared food, give your staff a crash course is simple plating and heating techniques and leave it up to you to finish the dishes off as and when they are needed.

These dishes usually take on the canapé or small plate vibes but I can make them to whatever size and scale you like! Just ask!
