Having worked alongside Jamie Oliver, I have experienced first hand how to generate ideas, develop flavours and ultimately end up with an interesting, enticing and most importantly delicious recipe!
As you might expect from someone working alongside Jamie, my style is flavour focused, accessible and simple on trend cooking. I don’t use fancy kitchen equipment, complicated ‘cheffy’ techniques or niche ingredients.
My recipes are always thoughtful towards the cook. My focus is always on creating dependable, fool proof recipes that are generous, will always look beautiful and taste even better. Through a thoughtfully written recipe you can reduce complication, equipment use (and therefore the dreaded washing up!) and time spent in the kitchen, while also keeping to tight household budgets. All without ever compromising on the look, the feel and the flavour of a recipe!
In my experience I have created recipes for clients from small local businesses to global commercial brands.
All the photos you see on this page are my own, taken and edited myself. I provide basic food styling and pictures (using an iPhone) with all bookings but also work with a professional photographer at an added cost.
